US Tax Court Project

Sheela Inc, undertook this project involving renovations to the 2nd Floor US Tax Court Space located at 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278.  The work included Asbestos abatement, selective demolition, installation of new walls, floors, specialty ceiling tiles, painting, STC doors, frames and hardware replacement, professional millwork for Judge’s bench, court reporter’s bench,  refurbishing wood wall panels and spectator benches, window treatments, historic marble wall replenish, vertical-platform lift installation, plumbing and bathroom fixtures including specialty sink and vanity, electrical work, Lighting fixtures & Controls, power panels and upgrade to Fire Alarm systems, update sprinkler piping and new sprinkler heads, HVAC updates,  BMS controls, New Duct Heaters etc.
